Most personal property auctions are conducted without "up front" funds being provided by the Seller. The commission, advertising, labor, and other costs are paid at the conclusion of the auction or deducted from the gross sales proceeds and settled the next banking day. Settlement is usually with in ten (10) banking days or less.
Our goal is to provide a cost effective "client friendly" service. Dedicated to obtaining the highest dollar value for your real or personal property via the auction method of sales - the fastest way to recover or convert funds.
